The Conference will take place at India Habitat Centre (IHC), New Delhi from 22^nd - 24^thAugust, 2008. . IHC is located at the distance of 15 km from the International Airport and 7 km from New Delhi Railway station. India Habitat Centre was conceived to provide a physical environment which would serve a catalyst for a synergetic relationship between individuals and institutions working in diverse habitat related areas and therefore maximize their total effectiveness to facilitate.

The center provides a range of facilities in which over 20 Concurrent sessions are possible. It has the State of the art AV Equipment in a world-class ambience. It has a Computer controlled conference environment and simultaneous interpretation system in the auditorium. It holds Cultural and entertainment events daily for delegates. It has the capacity to cover 1000 car parking and is India’s prime Urban Cultural Centre.
